We currently only ship orders to recipients within Germany.
Delivery to Non-EU countries can incure additional custom duties and fees. Delivery:
Delivery takes place within the delivery deadline given on the relevant page in regards to the address to which the product is to be delivered. Our products are delivered by DHL to German and international adresses.
Regarding prepayment the deadline given for delivery begins the day the full price is paid (including VAT and shipping costs), when paying via PayPal it begins as soon as receipt of payment has taken place, with credit card payments the deadline begins with the confirmation of order.
You will receive your order, as far as possible, in one shipment. Should it be necessary, due to technical or logistical reasons, to send your order in more than one shipment, no extra cost will be charged.
Typical delivery time is 3 – 6 days within Germany, 6 – 8 days to Europe and 8 – 10 days to the rest of the world.
Exchanges and Returns:
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
Exchanges and returns can be made within 14 days from the date when you receive your order.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition. Please contact us at info@werealabel.com to arrange exchanges and returns.
Please note that all return shipping costs are paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund. If the product is faulty, WE.RE will refund all shipping costs. In the case of an exchange, the shipping cost of the new item is free.
